The latest interviewee in our investment podcasting series is Justin Onuekwusi , head of retail multi-asset funds at Legal & General Investment Management, who explains how market diversification is now working as investors jump on to the rebound.

Justin explains how central bankers have learnt from the previous financial crisis, and so acted much quicker to stabilise markets.

“Since the Fed and other central banks came in and provided market stimulus, the market is now actually acting more rationally, and since then you’ve seen diversification start to work again,” he explains.

Justin also talks about how investors’ attitudes to fixed income differs from in previous downturns, and reveals where he is seeing opportunities to invest.
