Merry Christmas

As we head towards the last week before we all find some well-deserved time to relax after yet another tough year with new restrictions looming we wanted to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a massive, heartfelt, thank you for helping us make Octo the fastest growing community of UK financial services professionals in the UK. 2001 has turned out to be a massive year for us and we are already plotting our ideas for 2022.

Our content for practitioners by practitioners continues to expand exponentially and we remain incredibly grateful for all of the support, contributions, ideas and participation you have shown.

This week we had a good number of you turn up in good cheer to our Virtual Drinks to hear from Gillian Hepburn and Chris Funk of Schroders about the findings in the Schroders Adviser Report and to chat about the findings. A really helpful piece around letters of authority from Debbie Condon, yet more superb CFP certification support materials from Jacqueline Lockie, more follow up on COP-26 from Rebecca Kowalski, thought-provoking writing by Faith Liversedge, exam support from Catriona Standingford, news of business and compliance videos by Chris Davies and our usual raft of investment related materials. Loads more of course but this is a taster of what you can catch up with depending on your interests.

We also welcomed a whole raft of new members so a very cheery hello to

Lots more to come over the festive period with rewinds of popular sessions, articles and debates so keep an eye out for those if you tire of the endless re-runs of The Santa Clause, A Wonderful Life or Bad Santa depending on your tastes!
