Phil Billingham, Director of Perceptive Planning  spoke to Lee Robertson about the evolution of the business, his values, beliefs and who has inspired him.  He talks about his love of solving problems and the complexity of client lives. Looking after world citizens and clients based all around the world has prepared him for the current normal.  Although he does ask ‘what is normal? Every client’s normal is different’.  A number of his clients are missing face to face interaction so he discusses how they will move back to physical meet ups safely.

He discusses the main challenges of capacity and recruiting good people as well as the challenges of working across jurisdictions where the tools and vehicles used in the UK do not necessarily work.
