A longer watch.

In this exclusive video, Chris Budd of The Eternal Business Consultancy talks Octo’s Lee Robertson through a new approach to succession planning.

The founder of financial planning practice, Ovation Finance, explains how he used an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) to exit the business.

He explains: “I spent seven years making myself the least important person in Ovation – because if you’re the most important person in a business you can’t leave it. I wanted to exit but leave a legacy”.
