In our latest Future of Advice video, OpenMoney MD Hayley Millhouse talks to Sam Shaw about the evolution of a financial lifecycle, the fact that ‘hybrid advice’ – despite being all the rage since the pandemic hit – is “nothing new” and raises questions about whether any cost savings are being passed on to the consumer.

“I think in future we should see more collaboration between those offering advice to different target markets so the consumer is driven to where they will get the most suitable outcome, at the right cost, for the best value, no matter where they are in their journey.”
